  • To formulate new strategies through champion and challenger tests and big data analysis
  • To constantly review existing collections strategy and their effectiveness
  • To initiate and drive new initiates e.g., big data analysis and digitalisation projects to support better collections results or cost effectiveness
  • To re-engineer existing process to drive process improvement for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Works closely with Collections Products Heads to drive for the various collection’s strategies. Monitor and track the performance on time.
  • To drive system enhancement, if necessary, in supporting the new strategy / process improvements.
  • To consolidate the KPI dashboard for all the units in Consumer Collections and analyse the data by deteriorated area. Discuss with respective managers for the reason and action plans.
  • Preparation for the annual budget for Consumer Collections Department. Monitor and track the monthly expenses and to find out the reason if there is a spike in the expenses.
  • To drive and monitor the cost savings initiatives.
  • To prepare management presentation and reporting such as QSBM.
  • To coordinate or compile any others ad-hoc initiatives/activities for the department.
  • To ensure status report submitted on time to ensure SOPs are carry out correctly.
  • To coordinate various meeting for HOD on daily, weekly or monthly.
  • Carry out any other tasks / duties assigned by Management as and when required.

Education / Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.

Experience / Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in the relevant working experience in consumer collection;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results;
  • Good leadership and people management skills;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to drive culture and mindset change
