Function: Sales & Business DevelopmentWhat Does a Client Services Manager Do?The Manager – Client Services drives advertising revenue through strategic media planning, stakeholder collaboration, and campaign oversight. Acting as the face of MAF Precision Media, the role focuses on client relationship management, new business development, and the execution of impactful, performance-driven media campaigns.What Are the Key Responsibilities?**Growth and Sales**
– Develop a detailed business plan to grow revenue from new and existing advertisers
– Identify and pursue opportunities for high-impact retail media campaigns
– Sell and deliver audience-based digital campaigns that meet client KPIs
– Build strong relationships with brands, vendors, and advertisers across categories
– Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports to meet monthly targets
– Present MAF Precision Media’s value propositions and competitive advantages**Collaboration and Communication**
– Work closely with Ad Operations to manage campaign tracking, performance, and client reporting
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, trade, and analytics
– Leverage category insights to align campaign planning with brand strategies
– Ensure seamless campaign execution through strong internal communication and stakeholder alignmentWhat Skills Are Needed for a Client Services Role in Dubai?Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Economics, or a related fieldExperience:
– 2-5 years in digital advertising, media sales, or analytics, preferably with regional or global accounts
– Experience selling digital display, PPC, and audience targeting solutions
– Prior success in growing digital media revenue and managing cross-functional campaignsSkills:
– Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets
– Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and retail media platforms
– Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
– Analytical mindset and experience using performance data to inform decisions
