Liaise and coordinate functional business requirements in an alignment with technology deliverables. Manage BSA activities and data initiatives for Group Functions such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, Investment, Actuarial, HR, IT Operations and ESG.Leadership and Management

  • Ensure key stakeholders are engaged, participating in delivery, and have their needs met upon project completion
  • Collaborate with various teams to align business and technology.
  • Onboard and work with China development team.
  • Develop documentation for business requirements, system & technical requirement, SLAs, OLAs, and data sourcing requirement.
  • Complete and gain timely approvals of necessary governance documents
  • Lead and run business and technology governance forums.

Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Technology and business design documentation & coordination of implementation of solution in alignment with Enterprise Architecture practices & Group Office Data Strategy as follow:
  • Solution / application design
  • Data lake / data warehouse / Datamart concepts
  • ETL solution integrating data source from internal/external & regional/local business units,
  • Data virtualization
  • Azure technology components to use, etc.
  • Follow system development life cycle, documents all the necessities (e.g. Functional Specification etc.) and ensure audit requirements are met
  • Business analysis and review; adhere to project timeline
  • Contribute to project budget preparation, forecast and cost control
  • Drive the implementation & transition to BAU operation mode
  • Provide guidance to off-shore development and support team, coordinating with other Group IT teams & vendors, etc.
  • Achieve audit compliance for team activities & deliverables
  • Manage BA/BSA related challenges, Drive for resolution
  • Stakeholder management

Job Requirement:

  • University graduate major in IT or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ BA/BSA experience in IT including data centric application development as well as proven experience in vendor management.
  • A proven ability to gather business and systems requirements independently, self-management.
  • Expert in requirements analysis and quality documentation: Use Cases, Data Requirements/Catalogue, Business Rules Analysis, Non-Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Epics.
  • Have detail working knowledge and experience in Azure Cloud and associated resources.
  • Must have a technical background with good comprehension of SQL, with a strong ability to read complex database schemas and relate those to business requirements.
  • Have regional support and leading remote development team experience in a multi-national company
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, lead complex engagements, attract new business, build team, and build lasting professional relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
