At Kia, we are looking for a:Manager Business Planning & Sales Controlling (m/w/d)As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following core tasks:

  • Develop, refine and manage sales incentive programs and budgets in alignment with evolving market conditions and organizational objectives.
  • Lead development and governance of standardized sales incentive planning processes.
  • Implement and provide regular, accurate incentive reporting and market analyses, identifying deviations, trends, competitor strategies and improvement areas.
  • Evaluate dealer performance compared to overall brand and regional performance to optimize sales incentives and target achievement.
  • Coordinate strategic communication between local management and our European headquarters.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader with expertise in planning, execution, and market evaluation. A relevant degree and at least 8 years of experience in a similar analysis/reporting function, as well as excellent English language skills, are required. You are skilled at presenting complex data in an understandable way and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and leadership skills, initiative, teamwork, and resilience under pressure complete your profile. You act flexibly and solution-oriented in dynamic environments.For this exciting position, we offer a gross annual all-in salary starting at a minimum of EUR 90,000 for 38.5 hours/week, depending on qualifications and prior experience, along with numerous social benefits.Deine Benefits:
