Job description: Our client, a leading insurer, is in search of a Manager, BI (Tableau) to lead their BI and data visualization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau development and predictive analytics, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights through effective visualizations that support informed decision-making at all levels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into impactful Tableau solutions.
  • Build and implement interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
  • Apply process improvement frameworks to enhance data workflows and Tableau implementations.
  • Use Tableau’s advanced capabilities to perform predictive analytics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure end-users can effectively leverage Tableau for data analysis.
  • Stay informed about Tableau updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance BI strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to maximize the value of Tableau-based analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or Tableau development roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Expertise in predictive analytics, including trend forecasting and risk identification using Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business objectives into data-driven solutions.
  • Experience with data manipulation and transformation using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
