Therefore, we are looking for a Manager Business Development – Partnerships to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Manager Business Development – Partnerships, you will support managing our strategic and corporate level partnerships. Over time you will build and manage your own portfolio of partners. Industrial Cooperation is an important part of creating new business opportunities, why you will also assist the Director, Industrial Cooperation, in creating new projects together with our global partners.Your role will involve working with various stakeholders – both internally with cross-functional teams at a global level as well as with external stakeholders. Therefore, it is essential that you have great communication skills and can effortlessly communicate in English.You will become part of a small team with a big impact. We work globally and across our four business areas: Self-Protection Systems, Space, Surveillance & Mission Systems, and Support & Services. We work with a holistic approach, and business development is central to what we do. Within the team we are more generalists than specialists and our work include a high level of abstraction. We are looking for someone who thrives in a versatile role with the ability to work with high-level projects as well as with concrete assignments where details are important.Travel activities within and outside of Denmark must be expected (15 to 20 days per year).How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:

• Help develop and manage our strategic and corporate level partnerships
• Contribute to the development of new industrial cooperation projects as well as help manage our current projects in Denmark and abroad
• Assist with stakeholder management on our corporate pursuits
• Participate in the coordination and planning of meetings and events with partners

Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. You must also master Danish.

• You hold a master’s degree in International Business, International Business and Politics, or another business-oriented master’s degree
• Personality and mindset are more important than experience. Hence, we encourage you to apply for the position whether you have recently graduated from university or have a few years of relevant experience
• Military experience can be a benefit but not a requirement
