Role Type: 12-month Maximum Term Contract, Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Manager Business Deposit Product, you will:

• Define, develop and manage customer experience design as it relates to the business banking customer deposit portfolio, seeking opportunities to continuously improve and innovate to the benefit of all stakeholders.
• In conjunction with the Head of Deposits, Payments, Strategy & Integration, responsible for design of the business deposit product strategy and offering including new product development.
• Develop and execute relevant product propositions in accordance with the agreed customer strategy and customer value proposition applicable to attract, retain and grow customers.
• Support design and execution of the Business Banking’s distribution for business deposit products.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop product and end-to-end fulfilment strategies and initiatives that position the relevant products for sustainable growth in both the short/medium term.
• Support design and execution of the marketing strategy for business deposits and other business segment products.

• Strong experience in product management and preferably within a business banking environment.
• Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, commercial, analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to use interpersonal style to establish and develop relationships.
• Ability to manage direct reports and stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
• Understanding and ability to apply pricing, margin, expense management and profitability principles.
• Recognise and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, customer experience and sales productivity.
