The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, customer promotion and product support including purchase of gifts, broker events coordination, vendor management, sales materials ordering, communication of marketing items to brokers.Job DescriptionsConduct sales compliance checking, prepare monitoring reports, identify any abnormality for management’s actionsBe Risk Coordinator of brokerage department, prepare scenarios analysis, risk register, risk assessment to ERM, coordinate all risk related activities such as record retention, sensitive information transfer register within brokerage departmentWork out with IT, LA and be dedicated system owners to write up user story on system projects plans to ensure systems development and enhancement are delivered on time to support broker’s business developmentBe project coordinator of broker events to provide quality output and ensure the events are setup & conducted with the satisfaction from all stakeholders including venue, run down, site setup and budget controlSource quality vendor for gift purchase according to the requirement from account managers and proceed procurement approval. Regular update gift inventory and maintain proper inventory record for audit trialProvide floor support of office & IT equipment, cleanliness, room booking system, wifi setup etc on Brokerage Service Centre and Brokerage office. Ensure sufficient manpower resource to support Brokerage Service CentreBe departmental coordinator of BCP arrangement, system access right review and share folders housekeepingJob RequirementsUniversity degree major in Business Admin, Marketing, Systems or related disciplineMinimum 8-10 years of work experienceWork experience in insurance industry, administration, marketing or event managementProficient in PC literateGood communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
