Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD, however this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.What’s the role?We’re seeking a driven Ramp Acceleration Manager to join the BDR organisation across JAPAC, based in Australia. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive enablement for all BDR new hires during their first 6 months, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed. You will work closely with Ramp Acceleration Managers in EMEA & Americas to share best practices and tailor strategy to the unique needs of the JAPAC regionAs the Business Development Ramp Acceleration Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading our new hire playbook for BDR Development aligned to our global onboarding strategy. This manager will play a significant role in how we achieve our targets each month. This role will help drive new hire experience, increase ramping productivity, rep retention and overall pipeline generation.In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Lead, build and execute a best in class ramp acceleration process/playbook for ramping BDRs across the region.
- Drive accountability in key performance indicators including activity engagements, meeting creation and pipeline$ generation.
- Effectively coach how to identify good fits for HubSpot, design and execute a prospecting strategy and create a delightful prospect experience.
- Develop the next generation of diverse HubSpot Sales talent.
- Partner with sales enablement and sales strategy & operations to accelerate growth in our high upmarket segments.
- Support and lead certain initiatives with sales enablement, sales operations and revenue marketing to include implementation, execution, and inspection of tools, projects, and campaign rollouts.
- Evaluate key trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the segment.
- Partner with BDR management to align on strategic plans around trends, metrics, and key actions.
- Weekly live coaching followed by providing feedback to BDR leaders to ensure they are capable of supporting their constituents.
- Develop and deliver weekly training for ramping BDRs to include training on personas, prospecting strategy and efficiencies in the BDR/GS process.
We Are Looking For People Who Have
- Business development experience or Account Executive experience, 1 year plus
- Training experience at scale and a passion for creating a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Experience developing prospecting strategies that apply to both large customer acquisition and low touch small customer acquisition
- A strong track record of growth and overachieving targets in a high velocity, high-growth business
- A proven playbook for hiring, coaching, and mentoring go-to market teams
- Strategic mindset to help drive HubSpot customer acquisition strategy
- A deep understanding of our target personas to design prospecting processes which solve for customers first
- The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
