Job description: Job Description 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement program aligned with organisational goals. 2. Design and execute plans with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence. 3. Implement best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in business processes. 4. Identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency 5. Lead Lean deployment efforts through value stream mapping (VSM), Kaizen and continuous improvement events, review and set standards in workflow and problem resolution processes to ensure consistency and harmonisation across the company 6. Provide Lean coaching to Lean facilitators, operations leaders and management 7. Lead business units in measuring and analysing the effectiveness of improvement processes, including performing benchmarking exercise against industry standards 8. Provide regular reports and insights on progress and areas for enhancement. Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant quantitative disciplines 2. More than 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Lean implementation and sustainment 3. Strong expertise in Lean principles, and is the go-to person to seek advice in Lean methodologies, including value stream design, implementation and sustainment 4. Excellent project management skills 5. Proven leadership success in driving Lean in a large organisation 6. Great team leader in influencing and motivating teams 7. Effective collaboration, communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive changes among operational and business stakeholders, including our staff and customers 8. Working knowledge of aviation and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) fundamentals is an advantage. Please note that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
