Toknow more about us, please visit –Job Title / Designation: Manager – Academic GovernanceThe Academic Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall academic health of multiple centers, ensuring consistent quality in academic delivery, and maintaining adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves close collaboration with Center Heads, Vertical Heads (VH), and other stakeholders to monitor student performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Job Description:Academic Operations & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and manage the overall health of each center in collaboration with Center Heads.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of academic service across all locations.
- Monitor key academic KPIs, including student attendance, exam results, and fee collection, ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks.
- Address student escalations efficiently by engaging relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Semester Readiness & Content Planning:
- Ensure all requirements for the commencement of each new semester are met.
- Track the progress of academic content plans and resolve challenges proactively.
- Govern academic delivery processes alongside Vertical Heads, Heads, and Center Heads, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly update and refine academic processes to align with institutional and regulatory standards.
Audit & Action Plan Implementation:
- Conduct mid-semester audits and ensure timely execution of necessary action plans.
- Analyze academic dashboards and various KPIs to develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Implement action plans with the support of Mentors, Vertical Heads, and Center Heads to enhance academic outcomes.
Student Experience & Compliance:
- Collect and analyze student feedback systematically, implementing necessary improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Govern the Board of Studies (BOS) adherence process to ensure compliance with university statutory requirements, in coordination with the Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills to monitor academic performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in academic governance and adherence to educational regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and locations to ensure uniform academic standards.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee semester readiness, audits, and process updates.
Any other skillset:
- Experience in handling multi-center academic operations and compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and dashboard analytics.
Minimum Requirement : 5+ years of experience in academic governance, institutional administration, or a similar role.Qualification: Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for the right personLocation(s) of Job: Ajinkya DY Patil University, Charoli, Lohegaon, Pune
