This full-time position is located in North Goa and is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and advanced Excel techniques, and involves the support of our innovative transportation solutions.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Management Information Systems with an ability to analyze and manage data effectively.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) with strong abilities to utilize formulas and functions for data analysis.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word (Mandatory skill) for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Advanced Excel (Mandatory skill) skills must include the ability to perform complex calculations and data manipulation.
• Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions to retrieve specific data from large datasets efficiently.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MIS processes and contribute to company-wide data initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and presentation of information.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient MIS systems that support the management and analysis of business data.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and techniques to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and security of all MIS data by implementing robust data validation practices and controls.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that can drive business improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to management that provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-backed insights and process optimization strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date MIS documentation and assist in training team members on MIS processes and tools.
