The team serves internal clients from the Nordic region across various functional domains to solve key challenges and identify ways to continuously improve our business in the Nordics.You will work with many different stakeholders and specialists, blending EY’s deep functional knowledge and client centricity with a strong consultant toolbox and project management expertise.Being a consultant with a few years of professional experience, you will take on responsibility from day one – driving projects related to digital transformation, strategy, process improvement, innovation and customer excellence. You will also support the COO Office leadership team in further professionalizing our operations and delivery across our service offerings.The role will give you valuable insights into the core operations and priorities of one of the world’s leading professional services firms.Besides working on high impact projects, you will receive leadership development mentoring to support you in your role and your next steps in your career. You will be enabled through active coaching and mentoring, apart from collaborating and interacting with leaders and employees in the organization. This will help you build a broad network across the globe, not just the Nordics.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan and execute various projects
  • Manage various internal stakeholders from service lines and functions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from various ranks and locations
  • Support Nordic leadership in strategy and planning processes
  • Identify operational challenges and drive optimization projects to accelerate how we run our organization
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Advise on strategic initiatives by utilizing your excellent problem solving and data analytics skills
  • Support coordination of junior colleagues’ and team members’ work providing sparring and guidance when needed

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and execute strategic projects in a corporate environment.
  • Experienced in project management, identifying and scoping business needs and requirements
  • You have strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
  • You are a team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and also independently
  • Great communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management and networking skills
  • You are proactive, take initiative and have a can do attitude
  • You are solution-oriented and continuously looking for ways that give rise to better results

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in management consultancy or related industry, with an exceptional track record
  • MSc degree in Business Administration or Economics Studies or other relevant field of study
  • Proven experience in project management, in large and complex organizations
  • Fluent in English

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Process mapping skills
  • Agile project management skills
  • Knowledge and skills in digital transformation and automation
  • Are fluent in Danish or other Nordic language
