Teamwork is at the core of everything they do, and you’ll be joining a business where everyone works together toward common goals.What You’ll DoYou will take on a broad role that will complement your technical skills and your capability as a Business Partner. This is more than just a “number crunching” role. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise to the table, shape financial strategies, and partner with key business units to improve performance.You’ll be hands-on with the duties listed below but also partner with various business units to help them optimise business performance through financial insights and improvements.You will be responsible for:

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and variance explanations.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and assist with the development of rolling forecasts.
• Develop and manage the annual cash flow budget along with monthly updated cash flow forecasts.
• Build and refine financial models to aid in business planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide financial insights for business cases, capital expenditure plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Reconcile the balance sheet and key accounts monthly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the month-end closing process and manage EOM tasks for the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the end-of-year audit process.
• Generate and present relevant financial reports to support resource allocation and informed decision-making across the business.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of internal financial processes and systems.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You’ll BringYou’re a fully qualified accountant with a strong track record of at least 3 years in a similar management accounting role. Your experience has equipped you with the technical skills needed to succeed, but you also have a business partner mindset, thriving in collaborative environments where you can influence decision-making. In addition, you will be strong with Excel and in particular financial modelling.

• Fully qualified accountant
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel
• Understanding of AAS
• Business Partner by nature
• Deadline driven
