The role of Management Accountant will be an integral member of the commercial finance team and will report directly to a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the key outputs for month end close & reporting (Revenue, SG&A and marketing).
• Support the delivery of information for budgets & forecasts, collaborating with your senior business partners
• Provide insights and ad hoc management reporting on KPI’s such as Markets, channels, product & customer profitability
• Be involved in the Continuous improvement program -as this business looks to drive automation and develop full Power BI reporting capability
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role we are looking for an individual who is working towards their CA or recently qualified. You will need to have experience with month end close and variance analysis as a minimum. But it will be your commercial ability to understand business as opposed to just closing accounts that will set you up here. Your experience will have been in larger more complex business entities and the following attributes are paramount;

• Problem solving ability & a real ability to demonstrate this
• An ability to get involved with the team
• Be prepared to be hands on but also take on non-routine work
• Strong systems nous, including strong excel capability
• A continuous improvement mindset
