Job description: Are you a skilled Management Accountant looking to make an impact within a dynamic, industry-leading construction company? HEB Construction is seeking a talented and proactive Management Accountant to join our corporate Finance team!About the Role:As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance team. You will be a key player in driving financial performance and supporting the team with insightful financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide in-depth cost control and budget management for our support departments and operational divisions.
• Partner with support managers, project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
• Deliver timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA to manage financial data and streamline processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial reporting and cost management.

About You:Our ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in management accounting, combined with relevant industry experience. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• CA Qualified with at least 6 years of experience in management accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Industry experience within a related industry would be beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
