Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Retail & Technology Accounts sector, aligning with the enterprise business goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in Retail & Technology Accounts sector, understanding their needs and pain points, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Retail & Technology Accounts sector, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for Retail & Technology Accounts sector through disciplined sales cadence to achieve sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions such as Marketing, CEX, ICT and Group Subsidiaries to ensure the products and Retail & Technology Accounts meet the needs of sector and deliver maximum customer value.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback as feeder inputs for developing sales strategy and tactical plans.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and revenue budget for Retail & Technology Accounts sector, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and enable informed decision-making.
  • Strategic direction and innovation: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to achieve Sales goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to identify value proposition gaps and prioritize sales efforts for revenue acceleration.
