• Lead Full-Cycle MAKIRA Solution SAP FICO/MM Implementations: Manage projects across diverse industries, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while driving MAKIRA’s mission of automation and efficiency.
• Financial Process Optimization: Spearhead initiatives that enhance financial accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with teams across SAP modules (SD, MM, PS, HR) for seamless data flow and reporting.
• Advanced Configuration and Customization: Expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), FM, PS Budget, H2H integration (MT940), GST, Dunning, Invoice, and CO (CCA, IO).
• E-Invoicing Leadership: Oversee implementation projects, mapping business scenarios, conducting tests, and coordinating with stakeholders, leveraging MAKIRA’s e-invoicing capabilities.
• Country-Specific Support: Handle SAP Notes, SDN, Tax Procedures, Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, and Record Maintenance.
• Data Migration Management: Utilize BDC and LSMW for accurate and efficient data uploads.
• Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R processes, and experience with month-end/year-end closing, consolidations, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
• Industry Experience: Proven success in Service, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model: Lead teams across geographies, ensuring effective communication and seamless project execution.
• Client Engagement and Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand requirements, provide tailored solutions, and configure systems to achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a MAKIRA Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP FICO/MM to lead end-to-end implementations and strategic integrations of third-party solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the success of MAKIRA’s cutting-edge document management and AP automation solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement in financial systems.You will be based in our Copenhagen office in Valby, working within an informal and inclusive culture where teamwork and support are key to our success. Some travel within the Nordic region is expected as our events and activities are executed all over the region.The ideal candidate has

• Experience: Experience, interest or passion for SAP FICO implementation, delivery, and advisory roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with third-party SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in configuration, customization, and financial data migration (BDC, LSMW).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including Balance Sheet Finalization, Sales Accounting, Customer Accounting, Banking, Purchase Accounting, and MIS.
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Service, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
