Job description: Do you have experience in a mailroom environment? Do you have experience in a client-facing environment? We have a role you would be interested in!We’re currently looking for a Mail Associate for our client in Toronto. As a Mail Associate, you will be responsible for preparing mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including fax, air express, freight and postal services.Advantages
– 12-month contract with strong potential to be extended

– Monday to Friday
– Hours of operation: 8am to 4:30pmResponsibilities
- Generate client cancellation letters for personal lines.
- Send cancellation letters by registered mail.
- Monitor email inbox and action requests accordingly.
- Scan policies as required.
- Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
- Cover all receptionist breaks, lunches & Personal Time Off.
Qualifications
SKILLS:
- Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to read, write and follow English instructions.
- Technical proficiency with basic office equipment (Printer/Scanner/Barcode reader)
- Intermediate Proficiency with computers and MS Office products.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment.
- Experience in a client-facing environment.
