Role Purpose:We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join Ai Lab to develop scalable and maintainable data-driven solutions. The primary focus of the role is to productionalize machine learning models. You will be working closely with our Data Architects, Engineers and Data Scientist to build end-to-end ML applications and scale the solution to different countries.A typical day in this Role:

• Solve complex business problems by designing and implementing AI algorithms and models.
• Measure and optimize the performance of algorithms, including data pipeline, model training, inferencing, and API serving.
• Develop the data science projects with production-grade coding on our machine learning operation system built on Azure Cloud.
• Collaborate with the data architect team to design and implement features for the machine learning operation system, such as model performance tracking, system health monitoring etc.
• Work closely with data scientists and project managers to understand the technical requirements for implementing machine learning solutions.
• Bring best practices in theproductionalisation of data science projects and propose new ideas for building next-generation machine learning operation system.
• Assist in promoting data culture and best practices within the organization ​

Success will depend on:

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or related field s
• Solid working experience in Machine Engineer, Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer
• Proficient in Python, Spark and data science packages such as sklearn, PyTorch, Pandas
• Proficient in Database like SQL and NoSQL to work with structured and unstructured data
• Experience in developing and optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment
• Experience with MLOps (e.g. ML model monitoring, logging, versioning, etc.)/ DeveOps / CI/CD / Docker
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for ML pipelines and real-time APIs
• Knowledge of software best practices like version control, software testing, documentation
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Experience in designing and developing APIs to serve machine learning models
