This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automationWork with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insightsPreprocess, clean, and transform data for modeling and experimentationEvaluate model performance and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with software engineers and data engineers to integrate ML models into production environmentsUse cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and deploying scalable modelsContinuously monitor deployed models and retrain them as neededResearch new ML algorithms, tools, and technologies to improve model performanceDocument technical processes, model architectures, and testing resultsCommunicate findings and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and actionable mannerRequirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 23 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science rolesProficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorchStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression, decision trees, clustering, NLP, and neural networksExperience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLFamiliarity with ML model deployment tools and frameworks such as Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or MLflowKnowledge of cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure MLExperience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsIf you’re passionate about machine learning and data-driven innovation, we invite you to bring your expertise and join a dynamic team that values creativity and technical excellence.Apply Now
