The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our logistics and supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including predictive analytics, optimization, and automation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model effectiveness and iterate on solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning and data handling within the organization.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:As a DevOps Engineer, having proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) will also be an integral part of this role.You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, NumPy), knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles and Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.An array of benefits for you:
