He has been with PwC for more than twenty years and has extensive experience with Czech and cross-border transactions, due diligence, tax structuring and related services.Lucia Čechová has been working in PwC Czech Republic since 2011. Prior to joining PwC she worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, dealing with preparation of the Czech tax legislation and EU agenda in income taxes. In PwC Lucia leads the ITS practice within the M&A team, advising financial institutions, multinational clients as well as Czech clients on corporate tax matters and international tax and structuring issues.Job description & summaryAs an M&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in advising our clients on complex tax consulting projects including mergers and acquisitions, structuring, Pillar 2.
