The role demands strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for high-value selling in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Guide customers through high-value jewellery purchases with trust and integrity2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling3. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure attractive store displays4. Assist with billing, invoicing, and resolving customer queries5. Comply with airport protocols and in-store security guidelines6. Work seamlessly with team members across shiftsCandidate Requirements:1. Graduate (any stream)2. Freshers OR 1-3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands3. Fluent in Hindi, and local language (Marathi preferred)4. Comfortable with rotational shifts5. Must be living in Pune for 5 or 5+ years6. Police verification is compulsory7. Preference given to candidates from jewellery background, or from premium retailWork Schedule:1. 247 airport retail environment2. 3 rotational shifts: Morning, Evening, Night (shift changes weekly)3. 1 weekly offBenefits:1.
