As we scale globally, we’re looking for a talented and driven Google Ads Specialist to take the lead on our advertising efforts. What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience managing Google Ads accounts and achieving measurable results
• Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Performance Max, and Display
• Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and ad tracking tools
• Great copywriting instincts and keyword strategy skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership

What You’ll Be Doing:As our new Google Ads Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of our Google Ads account. Your main focus will be driving online customer acquisition and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through well-targeted campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to develop, optimize, and scale campaigns that support LuggageHero’s global growth ambitions.Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management: Lead and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max and Search Ads.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget for Google Ads, ensuring effective allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet performance targets, including return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per conversion, and overall profitability.
• Scaling: Identify opportunities to scale campaigns in new markets and expand reach within current markets.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the management team.
• Testing & Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B testing for ads, keywords, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Google Ads tools and features to ensure LuggageHero remains competitive in the marketplace.

What We’re Looking For:
