Hybrid working, with 2 days in the officeThe opportunityAre you ready to step into a pivotal role where your investigative skills will make a tangible impact?Join our Loss Prevention & Investigation team as an Investigator, where you’ll collaborate closely with the Loss Prevention & Investigation Manager, the Claims & Compliance team, and business leaders to reduce risk, prevent loss, and contribute to a culture of integrity.This is a unique chance to influence outcomes, develop best practices, and work with diverse stakeholders to combat fraud and protect our business. Flexible working arrangements are available to ensure this role fits seamlessly into your lifeYour new roleYou will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization against fraudulent activity and ensuring the integrity of our processes. Working with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting robust investigations into suspicious claims with precision and professionalism.
- Supporting prevention, response, and fraud risk reporting, helping to create a safer and more secure environment.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of industry-leading fraud loss prevention strategies.
- Monitoring intelligence gathering and sharing insights both internally and externally, ensuring actionable information reaches the right people.
- Presenting valuable learnings to internal teams and stakeholders, empowering them to take proactive measures.
- Acting as a trusted resource for the NZPAC claims teams, offering guidance and expert advice when needed.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex situations.
- A keen eye for attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Insurance experience (helpful but not essential) or a interest in fraud analytics.
