• Responsible and overseeing asset management (electronic equipment and accessories, software, hardware, computer, other hardware, and consumables)
• Arrange and coordinate logistics and transportation for assets and equipment.
• Conduct and support regular stock counts and audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory
• Assist in implementing inventory control processes and maintaining inventory documentation
• Coordinate and process equipment purchase requests in alignment with operational needs
• Perform expense analysis related to assets and inventory to support budget control and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or asset management preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
