LOCATION: NAGUILIAN, ISABELAThe Logistics & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations and inventory management within the organization. This role involves coordinating with the Technical and Procurement departments to ensure timely delivery of goods, optimizing inventory levels, and implementing efficient processes to enhance overall supply chain performance.Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
-Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
-Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
-Coordinate with the procurement team, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
-Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
-Oversee the maintenance of logistics and inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
-Collaborate with the Technical departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
