Zalora operations are continuously improving the customer delivery and returns processes to achieve the fastest delivery time in the market and a seamless customer experience while lowering the operating costs.We are looking for a highly analytical and process-oriented leader with strong interest in Operations and Tech within the E-commerce industry to manage our extensive network of 3PLs across Malaysia.Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for logistics account reconciliation and preparation of monthly reports for Malaysia market and international routes

• Regularly review billing processes and procedures, to identify opportunities for improvement for existing processes/ reports/ tools
• Implement financial/ billing automation concepts for logistics financial planning and control
• Review monthly 3PL billing transactions in addition to third party claims
• Monitor monthly accrual and monthly payment plan
• Support maintenance of all day-to-day 3PL management processes

Requirements:
1+ year working experience in a financial role, preferably in E-commerce/ supply chain/ logistics. However. fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive in driving performance and improvements, with strong sense of ownership
• Effective in both verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with other stakeholders
• Intermediate Excel skills. SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages are a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English
