  • Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of logistics processes, shipping methods, and relevant regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for order management, shipment tracking, and documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Tanggungjawab

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Providing timely and accurate information regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, or disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, transportation) and external partners (e.g., carriers, vendors).
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Generating reports and providing data analysis to improve logistics processes.

Manfaat
