If you know your way around pleadings, court filings, and a case file like a seasoned pro, this is your kind of place.In this Litigation Paralegal role, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys to prepare documents, coordinate hearings and mediations, and jump right into client support. Independence is valued; collaboration is encouraged. Bonus points for Lemon Law experience!A few things you’ll be handling as a Litigation Paralegal:

• Collection and review of documents

• Calendaring and tracking court deadlines (because courts wait for no one)

• Preparing pleadings for State and Federal Court

• Summarizing court orders and judgments

• Investigating facts, digging through public records, and analyzing legal data

What you bring as a Litigation Paralegal:

• Mastery of civil litigation procedures and deadlines for both State and Federal courts
• BA degree and paralegal certificate
• Top-notch formatting skills for legal documents

Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000 – $105,000 per yearBenefits:
