Job description: Established mid-sized law firm in Central is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to take on a key role supporting our commercial litigation practice.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including preparing court documents, organizing hearing bundles, and managing discovery materialsConduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documentsMaintain electronic and physical case files in an organized mannerProvide general administrative support as neededQualifications:Associate’s degree or diploma in Legal Studies or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation at local professional law firmsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databasesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with local court rules and proceduresThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
