We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a specialization in Litigation, specifically in the area of Personal Injury. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process, from case preparation to trial.Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be key to your success in this role. Compensation:$55,000+ based on experience Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• File court documents and respond to discovery requests
• Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Calendar management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation required
• Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function well in a team environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Must have strong computer skills
