Job description: Our client, a well-established U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. Specializing in litigation and commercial collections, this firm is dedicated to providing strategic and results-driven legal services to its clients.We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized attorneys for fast-paced litigation and commercial collections practice. The attorneys will report to managing partners.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings and motions
• Prepare discovery demands and responses to discovery
• Draft legal documents related to judgment enforcement
• Contribute to case preparation and conduct thorough reviews of legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
• Licensed attorney in the Philippines
• 2+ years of experience in litigation, commercial collections, or creditor’s rights law
• Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize, and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations
• Demonstrate ability to analyze legal issues
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Pro
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple software applications efficiently in a legal setting
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Strong phone presence is a must; ability to communicate effectively on video conferencing such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
• Willingness to report onsite at Makati City during US Business hours
