Job description: Job Responsibility Provide administrative, secretarial, and legal support to the Managing Partner and his legal team. Assist the lawyers in the preparation, e-filing and service of cause papers. Manage correspondence, reports, appointments, and record-keeping of legal documents. Perform billing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required. Job Requirements 1-3 years experience in litigation secretarial work. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Applicant must be comfortable with working independently. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Corematter system is preferred. Job Benefits Friday lunch provided.
