Role Description Vacancy is for 2 Associates, namely in the Construction Team and the Commericial Litigation Team. This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate (pqe 2 to 4). The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, compliance with case management directions, general file management and advising client and appearing in court/arbitration proceedings. The role also involves working closely with the senior partners on complex matters. Qualifications Proficiency in legal principles Experience in drafting legal cause papers Research skills for legal precedents and case studies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Law Prior Experience in corporate litigation and commercial disputes and construction law is a bonus.
