And they need a rockstar Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our thriving Hamilton team.
In this senior role, you will:

• Lead exciting land development projects, delivering high quality surveying expertise.
• Help build our world-class survey team through coaching and mentoring.
• Work closely with our project managers to deliver survey inputs on-time and on-budget.
• Ensure surveying standards are met and continuously improved.
• Provide technical guidance to the team on field surveys, data analysis and reporting.

To qualify, you need:

• 5+ years of post-licensing experience in land/engineering surveying.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (BSurv preferred).
• Excellent communication, reporting and mentoring abilities.
• A passion for collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Ambition and drive to keep raising the bar.
