Job description: Manchester – £22,000 – £35,000 Legal Recruitment ConsultantWe’re looking to expand our fantastic team for 2025 and we’re looking for some super talent to join us in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also comes with its own gym onsite in Manchester!We offer a brilliant work/life balance with hybrid and flexible working across the week, extended lunches, a 4.5 day week and gift out dozy days every month. And we’ve recently launched a DS Dubai workspace which will include opportunities for staff secondments in the Middle East.What will the role look like?You’ll essentially be running your own business with a busy and varied day-to-day. You’ll love speaking with legal professionals everyday helping them advance their career and help achieve their goals and aspirations. As a legal recruiter you will maintain and build long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms being able to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs.You’ll also be busy attracting and finding new talent everyday through our extensive database and resources such as Linkedin Recruiter, job advertising and networking. As an ‘Investors in People Platinum’ accredited Company, progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us and we put our people right at the heart of what we do! You will be looking at earning over £40k+ in your first year, £80k+ in your second year and £100k beyond. • Super basic salary between £22,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience
• Up to 25% uncapped commission on a monthly basis
• 12:30pm and 3pm early finishes every Friday

Expected salary: £22000 – 35000 per year
