Job description: Responsibilities:

• Review and draft legal contracts and agreements ,ensuring they are the company’s best interest, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle client inquiries and disputes by providing legal advice and resolutions
• Provide guidance and support to BUs on legal and compliance related matters
• Prepare and manage legal correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate the contracts with vendors ,suppliers and service providers across different regions and while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law,compliance or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements
• Experience withi the crypto and blockchain industry is a plus
• Excellent command of English is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in handing commercial contracts, strong business acumen and ability to anticipate legal issues and potential risks
