The role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a deep understandingof litigation processes, particularly in technology, financial services, or fintech sectors withpreferable experience in AML.Key Responsibilities:Manage and handle all litigation matters, including disputes, lawsuits, and arbitrations, toprotect legal interests.Work closely with external counsels to represent the company in litigation proceedings,ensuring all legal positions are aligned with strategic goals.Advise internal stakeholders on potential and ongoing disputes and litigation risks,providing practical and actionable legal advice.Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risks and exposure, including theanalysis of precedents and emerging legal trends in cryptocurrency, financial technology,and digital assets.Support the resolution of complex regulatory matters and disputes with governmentagencies or regulators.Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment of litigation strategies in view of broaderbusiness goals.Track and manage the progress of ongoing litigation, ensuring timely responses to legalnotices, court filings, and regulatory requests.Draft and review legal documents related to litigation, including pleadings, motions, andsettlement agreements.Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency, fintech, and relatedsectors, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Support the Head of Legal with legal research, analysis, and strategy development.What We Are Looking ForEducational Background: LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed national lawuniversityExperience:3-6 years of experience in litigation corporate and commercial litigation.Exposure to financial services, technology, or fintech-related disputes will bepreferred.Familiarity with the legal aspects of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintechindustries will be preferred.Knowledge Areas:Technical Skills:Strong litigation and legal drafting skills, with the ability to argue complexcases.Deep knowledge of Indian laws, regulatory frameworks, and procedures.Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape andits legal challenges.Ability to manage external law firms and coordinate cross-functionalteams effectively.Soft Skills:Ability to think strategically and provide legal solutions that align with thecompanys business objectives.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to riskmanagementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in teamenvironments, contributing to group goals while supporting peers andfostering a positive, inclusive culture.Shape the Future of Crypto: Be at the forefront of the crypto revolution, working ongroundbreaking projects that redefine financial freedom for millions.Own your role & push the envelope: Were a fast-growing company that encouragesevery team member to take on responsibility, push boundaries, and continuously learn.Your growth is as important to us as our own.Mission-Driven Culture: Join a team that is on a mission to make crypto accessible toevery Indian.
