As a busy Law firm my client is dedicated to servicing their longstanding client base and place a significant emphasis on wellbeing and culture. Due to the bust nature within the property team my client is looking to take on a Senior Legal Executive.About the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned Legal Executive with extensive experience in residential property transactions. In this role, you’ll provide expert legal support and advice to clients, working independently to manage a diverse portfolio. This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level professional who thrives in an autonomous setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential property transactions, including acquisitions and subdivisions.
• Providing expert legal advice on property law matters.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Conducting legal research to stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Overseeing the end-to-end process of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support the firm’s continued success.

About YouTo excel in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a client-facing private practice environment, with a strong focus on residential property matters.
• A collaborative, down-to-earth approach and a desire to be part of a high-performing team.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional setting.
• NZILE registration is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience who are not registered are also encouraged to apply.
