Due to the high demand within the property team, they are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their dynamic practice.About the RoleMy client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, and commercial law. In this role, you’ll offer expert legal support and guidance to clients while independently managing a diverse portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional who is eager to be part of a dynamic and thrives within busy team.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions, including acquisitions and subdivisions.

• Delivering specialist legal guidance on property law matters.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and provide customized legal solutions.

• Conducting thorough legal research to stay updated on industry regulations and trends.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.

About You:

• Extensive experience in a client-focused private practice, with a strong emphasis on property transactions and subdivision.

• A practical, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to contributing to a high-performing workplace.

• The capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.

• NZILE registration.
