Job description:

• Provide strategic legal advice on matters relevant to the business including analysing information and compiling relevant documentation
• Handle assessments of relevant files in order to then proceed with any required further action
• Review and implement required polices in order to boost efficiency
• Support internal stakeholders on managing processes and disputes issues
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and assess their potential impact
• Liaise with regulators and external counsel as needed

…skills & experiences required.

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE with litigation/disputes experience gained at leading law firms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
