To support this growth, they are on the lookout for a dynamic Legal Counsel to take the helm in managing their contentious cases. This role will encompass high-stakes international litigation and arbitration, providing a unique opportunity to work on complex legal challenges that span multiple jurisdictions.Description

• Handle commercial disputes, encompassing litigation and arbitration, while formulating and executing litigation strategies and collaborating with external counsel.
• Supervise compliance for international locations, ensuring that operations adhere to applicable local laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, offering expert legal guidance to support various business units.
• Assist with and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Profile

• 4+ PQE experience gained from reputable law firms
• Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficient in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin skills preferred.
