Job description: Our client is looking for a Company Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. This is a position that will provide decent opportunity to progress and develop your career.Based in Basingstoke this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2-3 days in the office per week.The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have experience with a broad variety of commercial work, from supporting on bids and tenders, to drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements including customer terms and conditions, procurement contracts, sponsorship and media agreements
• Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters
• Be a qualified solicitor who has gained good training and post qualified experience at a law firm with a decent reputation
• Be between 2 – 6 years PQE
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work

The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills.
