Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to various business units within Genetco.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Ensure that all business operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues and providing proactive recommendations.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary for specialized advice.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on new legislation and regulatory changes affecting the company.
- Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation processes effectively.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on legal policies and compliance for staff members.
- Prepare legal documents and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
