Our client, a leading global organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of business matters and day-to-day operations, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day business operations, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations, advising internal stakeholders on their impact on business operations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel on more complex matters, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality advice.
• Support the negotiation of agreements with customers, vendors, and other third parties to protect the organization’s legal and business interests.
• Assist in managing disputes, claims, and regulatory investigations in collaboration with internal teams and external counsel when needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to strengthen compliance and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
• Candidates from in-house or law firms are both welcome. Exposure to the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
