Your Role: As a Legal & Compliance Analyst, you will: Assist in the documentation and record-keeping of the Legal and Compliance teams Support audits and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations. Provide operational support for the compliance program, helping to ensure smooth execution of all processes. Provide basic support for the legal team, including reviewing simple NDAs and agreements and providing contract intake support Assist with management of internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations.
