It is an essential role that ensures the team runs efficiently. On any day you might be required to create and format documents; assist legal counsel in preparing for court hearings; arrange meetings; make travel arrangements; complete monthly billing and reporting; or assist with a range of other administrative support functions.Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Confident with their intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Outlook.
  • Experienced in providing administrative support to a busy team.
  • A team player, able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Focused on exceptional service delivery.
  • Energetic, with initiative and a drive to excel.

Prior legal experience will be beneficial, but it is not essential. You will also receive:

  • A starting salary range of between $66,039 and $76,497 with further room to progress. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
  • An annual flexi payment.
  • An annual wellness payment.
  • 4 weeks annual leave plus 3 additional leave days (Crown Law days).
