What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1 to 5, preparing students for success in the Travel and Tourism industry.
• Develop and maintain teaching materials, including innovative online resources and lesson plans.
• Act as a mentor to students, tracking their progress and helping them achieve their aspirations.
• Support the integration of English and Maths into vocational learning.
• Participate in recruitment and promotional events to support student enrollment.

What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills and Experience:

• A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of the Travel and Tourism industry.
• Teaching experience with proven ability to inspire and engage learners.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Desirable Attributes:

• Full teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or DTLS) or willingness to obtain one.
• Assessor qualifications (A1/2, D32/33) or equivalent.
• Recent industry experience or knowledge of current sector trends.
